The StarRez Platform Team will be upgrading Mercury Cloud to version 2024.4, maintenance is scheduled to run on:

-AMERICA's: Sunday, February 9th 10:00 - 13:00 EST
-EMEA: Sunday, February 9th 15:00 - 18:00 GMT

During this time there is an anticipated outage window of 10 minutes during which Mercury Cloud will be unavailable/inaccessible.

However if you face any issues after the maintenance window, please refer to our StarRez Cloud Support article.

StarRez will continue to complete these upgrades to ensure optimal performance of your Mercury Cloud environment.
