The StarRez Platform Team will be upgrading Mercury Cloud to version 2025.3.9410, maintenance is scheduled to run on:

-AMERICA's: Sunday, October 19th 10:00 - 13:00 EST
-EMEA: Sunday, October 19th 14:00 - 17:00 GMT

During this time there is an anticipated outage window of 10 minutes during which Mercury Cloud will be unavailable/inaccessible.

However if you face any issues after the maintenance window, please refer to our StarRez Cloud Support article.

StarRez will continue to complete these upgrades to ensure optimal performance of your Mercury Cloud environment.
