The StarRez Platform Team will be performing scheduled maintenance on the Mercury Cloud environment at the following times:

-AMERICA's: Sunday, December 7 10:00 - 13:00 EST
-EMEA: Sunday, December 7 15:00 - 18:00 GMT

During this period, there will be a brief outage window of less than two minutes, during which Mercury Cloud will be unavailable.

However if you face any issues after the maintenance window, please refer to our StarRez Cloud Support article.

StarRez will continue to complete these maintenance operations to ensure optimal performance of your Mercury Cloud environment.”
